Product Owner WMS/TMS – Bahag AG (Bauhaus), Mannheim, Germany (May 2024 – Oct. 2024)
Responsibilities
  • Managed a team of BAs and Support Engineers responsible for systems supporting end-to-end logistics operations (OMS, WMS, TMS) for eCommerce in major international retailer (€4.3bn turnover).
  • Coordination of internal and external partner development teams delivering product development across multiple systems in German business, at international warehouse hubs and in partner country subsidiaries.
  • Overall responsibility for roadmap of system development comprising new country/warehouse/carrier onboarding projects and architectural improvements.
  • Led cross-functional workshops between international teams and internal business units to elicit and define requirements for onboarding of country partners onto standardized processes and system architecture.
Achievements
  • Realignment of 20+ ongoing projects to corporate objectives in comprehensive roadmap. Balancing of demand management with technical considerations and delivery dependencies.
